We are developing new thread form to solve ”looseness” which is one of the problems of screw. We are promoting the develop new thread form. Achieving high locking performance and consistent workability because of the special screw thread form.

We provide products that solve problems such as “fastening of their plates” ”fastening of dissimilar metals” and “fastening of resin” which are problems in weight reduction.

We provide products that use surface treatment and special materials that solve “corrosion resistance”, “acid resistance” and “strengthening” issues.

A mechanical components that convert rotary motion into linear motion. A feed screw that uses a highly slidable resin nut to achieve quiet movement without the need for lubrication .

Specially processed products
Casting processed products
A processing technology that cuts the coil material in the equipment and pushes it into the mold while transporting it, and changing the plasticity.
Cold forging process improves mechanical strength, reduces material loss, and facilitates mass production.
Press processed product
A processing technology that performs plastic processing (drawing, punching, bending, crushing) by sandwiching a plate material between metal molds. At our company, we also perform precision press processing that can handle a thinness of 0.04mm
Cutting product
Processing technology for cutting and shaving bars using cutting tools. It is a process that can achieve high precission dimensional tolerance and is good for small lot production
Resin molded
A processing technology that creates a molded products by injecting melted resin materials into a mold, cooling it, and solidifying it. A wide variety of materials such as PP, PEEK, PPS, and PVDF can be processed.
